DELIVERY AND RETURN CONDITIONS

I- DELIVERY TERMS

1. 4K1 ONLİNE PAZARLAMA İHRACAT İTHALAT VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ shall purchase the product subject to the contract in a safe and complete manner, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date of formation of the Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") between the CUSTOMER and the CUSTOMER. It is delivered by hand to the CUSTOMER or to the person/organization at the address specified by the CUSTOMER during the order, through the cargo company.

2. Delivery of the product subject to the contract is limited to the shipping area of the cargo company with which 4K1 ONLINE PAZARLAMA İHRACAT İTHALAT VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ has a contract. 4K1 ONLINE PAZARLAMA İHRACAT İTHALAT VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ's responsibility ends at the end of the shipment area of the contracted cargo company.

3. The product subject to the contract may be damaged due to force majeure, adverse weather conditions, earthquake, flood, fire, epidemic, etc. If it cannot be delivered within the legal period of 30 (thirty) days due to extraordinary circumstances such as, 4K1 ONLINE PAZARLAMA İHRACAT İTHALAT VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ will notify the CUSTOMER of this situation. In this case, the CUSTOMER can cancel the order, request replacement with a similar product, if any, or wait until the situation causing the delay in delivery is eliminated. If the CUSTOMER cancels the order, the refund for the payment (all payments collected, including delivery costs, if any) will be made within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest from the notification date (contractual provisions regarding termination of the Agreement apply).

4. If the CUSTOMER is not present at the address stated as the delivery address and the people at the address do not accept the delivery, 4K1 ONLINE PAZARLAMA İHRACAT İTHALAT VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ is deemed to have fulfilled its obligation arising from the Contract. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the product, it is the CUSTOMER's responsibility to follow up and arrange the shipment of the order by contacting the cargo company.


II- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

2. The right of withdrawal period begins on the day the contractual product is delivered to the CUSTOMER or the person/organization at the address specified by the CUSTOMER.

In determining the period of right of withdrawal;

· For goods that are subject to a single order and delivered separately, the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the last good,

· In the case of goods consisting of more than one piece, the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the last piece,

· In contracts where regular delivery of goods is made for a certain period of time, the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer first receives the goods is taken as basis.

1. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear notification must be made to 4K1 ONLINE PAZARLAMA İHRACAT İTHALAT VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ via fax or e-mail, within the legal period, using the Right of Withdrawal Form included in the Agreement.

2. CUSTOMER cannot use the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

1. Products prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs.

2. Products that can quickly spoil or expire.

3. Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; Products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene.

4. Products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.

III- RETURN CONDITIONS:

The following conditions must be met in order to complete the return process of the product for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised in due time.

1. In case the right of withdrawal is exercised, the CUSTOMER shall send the product to 4K1 ONLİNE PAZARLAMA İHRACAT İTHALAT VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ within 10 (ten) days from the date of notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal, together with a copy of the delivery note and clearly stating the reason and request for return. A copy of the cargo delivery report or cargo tracking number information indicating that the product delivered to the CUSTOMER or the person/organization at the delivery address indicated by the CUSTOMER was sent to 4K1 ONLINE PAZARLAMA İHRACAT İTHALAT VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, and also, if the original invoice was sent along with the product, the original invoice. It must be sent/notified to 4K1 ONLINE PAZARLAMA İHRACAT İTHALAT VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

2. If the product has been purchased as a corporate entity, the product must be shipped by issuing a return invoice.

3. If there are gifts or promotional products purchased with the product, the relevant products must also be sent as a refund. However, after the product subject to the return request is returned (except for the defective product), if there is a campaign in which the relevant order is included, any conditions in the campaign conditions must not be met after the return. For example, the cost of gift vouchers given when a certain amount of purchases are made is deducted from the refund fee if the consumer does not have enough products left to qualify for this gift voucher after the return.

4. Before the product is delivered to the cargo company, it must be packaged by the CUSTOMER in a way that it will not be damaged.

5. If the returned product is sent back to 4K1 ONLINE PAZARLAMA İHRACAT İTHALAT VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ through the contracted cargo company (Yurtiçi Cargo) using the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost will be covered by 4K1 ONLİNE PAZARLAMA İHRACAT İTHALAT VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, otherwise the shipping cost will be borne by the CUSTOMER. It belongs to .

6. When the product to be returned reaches 4K1 ONLINE PAZARLAMA İHRACAT İTHALAT VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, it will be examined by the return team of 4K1 ONLINE PAZARLAMA İHRACAT İTHALAT VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. The review period is 7 business days. This period does not include weekends and public holidays. As a result of the review, the products that were found to meet the return conditions; The products that the CUSTOMER requests to be returned will be refunded. In case of requests where the CUSTOMER requests an exchange, the relevant product will be sent to the CUSTOMER if it is in stock, otherwise a refund will be made.

7. When the refund request is approved, the refund will be made to the bank to which the card used during the shopping process belongs. When a refund is made, the CUSTOMER is notified by e-mail. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in the CUSTOMER's account may vary between 1 and 8 business days, depending on the bank where the transaction was made.

8. Return or exchange of the product purchased online cannot be made at 4K1 ONLINE PAZARLAMA İHRACAT İTHALAT VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ sales points.
